Hi, I’m Judithe, and I’m so glad you’re here! I founded Strengthify Her Wellness Coaching (SHWC) because I believe that women 40+ deserve to feel vibrant, strong, and in control of their health—without crash diets, endless cardio, or confusing, outdated advice.

I know firsthand that midlife can feel like a crossroads—when what used to work no longer does, when your body feels like it’s betraying you, and when you’re left asking, "Is this how it’s going to be from now on?"

It’s not. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—marketing consultant, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, business owner, and health coach.

Every step of my journey has taught me one thing: real change happens when you combine science-backed strategies with personalized support—and when you meet women exactly where they are.

But it wasn’t until I found myself struggling with my own uncontrollable weight gain, a belly that looked like I was 3 months pregnant (even though I wasn’t), irregular periods, brain fog and extreme fatigue, did I truly begin to understand what it means to feel “off” in your own body.
